Return Period
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. The return period begins on the date you receive the item, not the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following conditions:

- Original packaging must be intact and included
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be present
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- Proof of purchase must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than original condition.
Cost of Return Shipping
If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within the return period to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and process your return after it has been shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or missing components
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized items

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item in accordance with this return policy.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
We cannot guarantee order cancellation for orders that have already entered the shipping process.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while other payment methods may take longer.

Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
